When judging from pin condition and test results this is a true NOS tube. This kind of find isn’t doesn’t come around often. Lots of worn out Telefunkens with fake white boxes out there these days, this one is the real deal. Current draw, Gm, and voltage gain ratings well above nominal data sheet specs.
