It is designed for use as a freestanding umbrella over a patio sofa set (base not included) or with an outdoor dining table (ranging from 42″ – 54″). The patio umbrella is engineered to last with a 103″ diameter canopy made from 100% solution-dyed 220g acrylic Sunbrella fabric. Solution-dyed means that the fibers the fabric is made from are dyed before being woven which results in a more long-lasting, fade- and stain-resistant color. The 2,000-hour color fastness means that this fabric will not fade as quickly as others. The pole and ribs are made from rust-resistant, powder-coated aluminum while the fittings are stainless steel. The umbrella’s 1.5″ diameter pole means that it can fit most standard size bases. The pole is steel with an attractive speckled bronze powder coating. To use the auto-tilting option simply open the umbrella all the way and keep cranking it until the desired tilt angle is reached. We also can ship most items to AK and HI. How long will it take to get to me once it has shipped? If you are in the 48 Continental United States or Canada, your item will typically take 3-7 business days via UPS or FedEx as well as Common Carrier items. Alaska and Hawaii can take a little longer, 4-10 business days is common. Please do not count weekends. UPS will not deliver on Saturday, however FedEx does in some residential areas if shipping ground. Will I incur any additional fees shipping to Canada? Yes, typically you will be charged a brokerage charge for shipping to Canada. We are not responsible for any brokerage charges on any packages shipping to Canada.
