This auction includes: (1) fully rebuilt/reconditioned Cummins JetScan Model 4062 (406-9902-00), (1) Top Hopper Bill Guide, and (1) Power Cord. Machine was just serviced with all new parts, software updated and machine calibrated to Manufacturer’s specification as described below. Unit operates flawlessly. Machine comes with a 90 Day Parts and Labor Warranty. We don’t play games and insult our buyers like other Sellers who lower their price just under ours and then charge you for shipping, making them same or more expensive than ours with FREE shipping but without the upgraded parts as mentioned below. With us, Fully Insured Shipping is always FREE, including both ways on any warranty claims. We are the only Seller on eBay that reconditions the front control panel and replaces the green buttons with an upgraded black button kit that are made by same company that supplies them to Cummins. Take a look at our photo’s of what we received when we bought some machines from other Sellers who claim to sell fully Refurbished Cummins…none of them replace the original UNSANITARY buttons or front panels as part of the re-conditioning process. How many hundreds of UNWASHED AND DIRTY hands have touched those buttons? WITH OUR MACHINES: The answer is always ZERO because they are always new. This is very expensive and adds $150 to our cost of reconditioning each machine. The upgraded black keys hide dirt better and the special ink used keeps the lettering from rubbing or wearing off like it does on the original green buttons… making the machine look dirty, old, tired and very used. Before you buy another machine on ebay, take a hard look at the pictures of their machine’s front control panel: display window will be all scratched up and appears foggy and their unevenly worn or missing text on panel and buttons, and compare it with the new parts installed on our machines. Our machines have laser sharp text, which is easy to read and looks just like new. If the seller does not provide you with a picture of the actual machine they are selling you (uses stock photo or took picture of the brochure), than the machines condition is certainly suspect and expect to be disappointed if you buy from them. THE OTHER SELLERS CHARGE THE SAME PRICE FOR THEIR MACHINES, BUT DON’T UPGRADE AND REPLACE ANY OF THE DIRTY BODY PARTS LIKE WE DO, SO GET WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR. If you prefer to have a machine with worn out buttons, smudged and faded text and scratched or foggy control panel window that is hard to read like all the other machines sold on ebay, contact us through ebay messages and we can create an auction on a machine before we upgrade these parts for you at a substantial discount. ANY OTHER SELLER ON EBAY THAT DOESN’T REPLACE THE OLD BUTTONS WITH CLEAN NEW BUTTONS (EITHER COLOR) AND A NEW FRONT PANEL DOES NOT SELL A FULLY “REFURBISHED CUMMINS”, SO ASK THE SELLER BEFORE YOU BUY AND GET SHORT CHANGED. All recommended maintenance service was completed, and all parts were replaced or upgraded including: (1) Re-conditioned Control Panel, (1) New Button Kit, (1) Center drive tire, (8) Sealed Bearings,(2) Reverse/Retard Rollers, (2) Large and (1) Small O-rings, (2) Feed Roller inserts, (2) Pick Roller Inserts, (4) Transport Rollers, (1) Ratchet Assembly, New $100 Software Update was installed, all sensors/components thoroughly inspected, entire machine cleaned, and then fully calibrated to specification and tested. If you are considering buying another machine that the Seller claims was ‘just serviced’, ask them for close up pictures like mine and then compare the color and condition of the rollers to the new parts shown in my photo’s. If any parts don’t look exactly the same, perhaps rubber parts are much darker and worn on edges, then the machine was not just serviced and likely will need to be soon. This machine is not the same as other used JetScan machines sold on eBay…99% of the machines sold on eBay have been heavily used, and without regular servicing or the seller has no maintenance history on the machine..that means you are most likely buying a machine that may work fine when you receive it….but you can expect to pay for complete overhaul/rebuild soon after you buy it. It’s kind of like buying a car that runs when you buy it, but because it never had any service done on it before, it will need everything at once: oil change, transmission fluid flush, clutch, new belts, new hoses, spark plugs, coolant flush, new battery, brake pads and rotors, 4 new tires, tune up, complete detail in/out, windshield repair, some paintless dent removal, I’m sure you get the idea. Our machines are sold after being completely rebuilt and fully serviced, so you won’t need to worry about any of that for a couple of years with typical usage….instead of a couple of weeks or months if you are lucky. Our price may be slightly higher because you are buying the peace of mind that comes along with knowing exactly what you are buying. We stand behind our work by providing a real warranty on every machine we sell…I say ‘real’ warranty because we pay for shipping both ways. Every other Seller makes you pay the $100+ to pay for shipping both ways in order to take advantage1 of their “warranty”, which is more than it would cost to fix locally..so you really have no warranty included with all other Sellers who claim you do, you have to pay $100+ to use it.. That is what makes buying a JetScan machine from us different than buying from any other Seller on eBay, Many Sellers will also advertise that their machine is ‘Like New’, but the machine is several generations/decades old. It is usually because they just don’t know the difference themselves, but you can spot the oldest machines simply looking at the color of the buttons: Any machine that is tan or yellow color with mostly white buttons along the bottom row are at least 18+ Years old. How many 18+ year old used cars have you seen that were “Like New” ? The oldest machines have mostly white buttons along the bottom row, with the rest being blue and gray.
