DescriptionVintage UNIVEX FOLDING CAMERA MODEL AF-4 owned by the late famous photographer Robert Scott Hooper, famous for his works in top men’s adult entertainment magazines. If you don’t know who that is please look him up. He will live on through his work and camera collection, keep a piece of history in your collection. Continue to look back at my listings as I post his entire camera collection in the coming weeks!! The camera is UNTESTED. It was on display at Mr. Hoopers residence, with several other cameras. It is in good condition with exception to some signs of age/use. The front plate has some tarnishing, the body has some fading, the leather folds show wear. Robert Scott Hooper, an artist and photographer based in Las Vegas for over thirty years, has explored a wide range of subjects in his work. However, it is his striking photographs of beautiful women that have garnered him significant recognition. He’s photographed for Steven Spielberg and Warner Bros to name a few, as well as entertainers like Liza Minelli and Frank Sinatra. His images have appeared in newspapers and magazines worldwide, including Life, Playboy, Rolling Stone and have graced billboards, posters, postcards, phone cards, and video game machines. Additionally, his work has been showcased in galleries and private collections. Hooper has earned numerous awards for his achievements in graphic arts, commercial television production, advertising, print work, and even a Playboy centerfold.
