Return Postage Costs If your cable develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months of the purchase date then we will reimburse return postage costs. Empty cable reels are returned to suppliers to be re-used and we even go as far as having a compost bin in our kitchen. We try to keep packaging to a minimum and try to re-use packaging materials where possible, so please do not be upset if your order arrives in a second-hand box! Please keep your bubble wrap for Christmas and re-use boxes where you can. If you wish to return unwanted cable and connectors then please do so, we are happy to recycle them on your behalf Returns You have 30 days to request returns.
