All connected sensors are interlinked together via the SBS50 Base Station and the X-SENSE APP. Many sensors pair to the SBS50 via BLUETOOTH others have WIFI built-IN and can connect directly to your network ( which I prefer when possible ). Once everything is linked to the SBS50 you control it all via the X-SENSE APP using your smartphone from anywhere. ALSO, you can link it to your ALEXA with the X-SENSE SKILL and have VOICE CONTROL as well !!! This is great because when a door opens ALEXA will say ” The French Door is open ” or ” motion Detected in the DEN ” this is awesome…I ripped out my ADT ALARM SYSTEM and am saving $ 40.00 per month on monitoring, have a robust system with features the ADT system is missing….AND, I personally monitor it 24/7 myself on my smartphone via instant notifications should a sensor trip. I can ‘drop in’ to my house and check on things because my BLINK cameras are on my network as well and controlled by ALEXA. When I am home I set up ROUTINES so if any sensor trips overnight, ALEXA will display the camera in that area on my ECHO SHOW and ECHO SPOT…ADT and other ALARM COMPANIES DONT DO THAT !!!
